- Rename to restdocs-api-spec
- add bintray upload
- add openAPI 3 support

to be prepared to support other api specifications
Because of problems that ocured with experimental kotlin compile options especicially new type inference introduced with kotlin-dsl shipping with 4.10

@mduesterhoeft took a look at this and I don't seeing any glaring issues. I pulled it down and did a local build of it and then plugged it into the maven plugin and other than changing imports and a couple other minor changes everything worked fine. |
