Read OBF

We would like to move to OBF eventually, so it would be good for the app to support this.

You can find details of the format here: openboardformat.org

I would like to be able to put this link https://openboards.s3.amazonaws.com/examples/communikate-20.obz into the app and have it correctly parse the the format.
