📝 docs: the Photon engine page reads in Spanish, French and German
Closes the nine anchors that Capabilities and Components aimed into this page in
each language: they carried the English slugs while the page did not exist, so
they resolved to nothing. Two broken anchors are left in the whole wiki, both of
them older than this work: Upgrading points at Architecture#server-actions, in
English and in Portuguese, and that heading is not there.
📝 docs: a policy the app registers itself is read by a phone's build too (EN, pt-BR, es, fr, de)
📝 docs: a phone opens a link, and IUrlLauncher in the table of shells (EN, pt-BR, es, fr, de)
📝 docs: a link on a phone is since 0.2.0-preview.63, in Spanish, French and German too
The three copies of the Capabilities page reached master after this branch was cut, with the
mark the English page had: 0.2.0-preview.62, the release before the one that ships it.
📝 docs: the Capabilities page reads in Spanish, French and German
Capabilities joins the pages written in all five languages: `locale/es`,
`locale/fr` and `locale/de` gain their copy, and the language switch on the
English and the Portuguese page lists the three.
The copies follow the pages translated before them: the `eq:since` comments
are byte-identical and only the italic word changes, code is the same and only
its comments are translated, a link to another page carries the culture, and
there is no em-dash. The shell table answers in each language's own word for
an unavailable contract (no disponible, indisponible, nicht verfügbar), which
is what `WikiShellRealizationsTests` reads.
Twelve pages are still to translate: BuildFlow, CodeEditor, Compiler, Debug,
DesignSystem, Diagnostics, Icons, Photon, ServerEvents, ServerIntegration,
Upgrading, VisualEditor.
