- Blood pressure is moved to below EDD
- Covid 19 status has been added to the form
- High risk pregnancy options were changed to match the current ANC register
- Complications during pregnancy were changed to match current ANC register
- Parity and Gravida are now auto-filled from the previous form in the ANC form
