Warning during startup / initialization

I found this in the logs for eXist-db 6.4.1-snapshot:

This warning is expected until the dashboard package is fixed. The generation of the docs no longer dies because of problematic packages.

I've raised a similar issue against TEI-Publisher. The problem is that these projects are not correctly packages as EXPath Packages. So far my issue has been ignored. Hopefully this will add some weight to it.
