As a System Administrator, I need to designate a Deployment Administrator #64

Purpose: Given staffing capacity and divides in job duties present in EAASI target institutions (e.g. IT vs. archival units), as a System Administrator, I need the ability to separate compute-related tasks related to EAASI server configuration, installation, and management from tasks related to EAASI application user and resource management, and potentially hand off the latter to a second individual. Thus, as a System Administrator, I need to complete installation of an EAASI server by creating a dedicated user account to serve as the Deployment Administrator.

Gap Analysis: System Administrators currently create an initial Deployment Administrator account during server deployment by manually setting “admin_user” and “admin_password” credentials in the Keycloak section of their “eaasi.yaml” eaasi-installer configuration. On successful installation, System Administrators manually copy and share the account credentials from the configuration file with other individual(s) via method of their own choosing, outside of the EAASI application.
