Purpose: As an Organization Administrator, I need to create Access User accounts with the power only to view and interact with EAASI resources that have explicitly been shared to their account (see &131), in order to fulfill patron/researcher/student/faculty requests for collections access.
Gap Analysis: No such user type or corresponding Keycloak role(s) have been defined in the system. Once the desired role or set of roles has been implemented in Keycloak, Access User would be added as an additional radio button/option to the current modal for creating new users in the EAASI UI.
