Gofer Community Start Here

Welcome to the Gofer support wiki.

Start In Five Minutes

1. Install Gofer for your preferred surface: VS Code, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot CLI, or Gemini CLI.
2. Initialize the repository with Gofer: Initialize Repository or /gofer:bootstrap-workspace.
3. Start a feature with /0_business_scenario.
4. Continue through /1_gofer_research, /2_gofer_specify, /3_gofer_plan, /4_gofer_tasks, /5_gofer_implement, and /6_gofer_validate.

Support Routing

• Use Discussions for setup help, install/update questions, examples, and roadmap ideas.
• Use Issues for confirmed bugs, scoped feature requests, regressions, and packaging failures.
• Use the security policy for vulnerabilities or sensitive reports.
