Addition to patient History

Suggestion :
Would it be possible to add the "Patient Assessment" doctype tp the "Select Document Type" drop down ?

Patient Assessment is an important document that is part of the Patient History.

Add "Patient Assessment" to "Select Document Type" drop-down

Describe the alternatives you've considered

I have added it to the Patient Dashboard so the information can be accessed from patient Dashbaord. But it would certainly make for a very rounded report, if Patient Assessment can also be accessed via the Patient History page

Additional context

It will make Patient History even more well-rounded than it already is.

I see that the list in the "Select Document Type" dropdown, is determined in the Patient History Settings. But that table is not editable ?
I can perhaps change the Patient Assessment doctype to "Custom" , in which case I can load Patient Asessment into the "Custom" table in Patient History Settings? Is this adivisable ?
