Fixes Windows cargo install failures caused by release optimization of aws-sdk-s3. Keeps the v0.2.1 dependency slimming that removed aws-config and the unused SSO/OIDC/STS credential chain. Verified with: cargo install filelift --version 0.2.2 --force.
