filelift v0.2.3

Interactive UX fix: add Up/Down session history, Tab completions for commands/subcommands/options/saved targets, and idle grey hints after typing. Verified with cargo fmt, clippy, tests, publish dry-run, and cargo install filelift --version 0.2.3 --force.
