This PR sets up GitHub Actions for our CI, using the old .travis.yml as a base.

It keeps the same main steps:

  • Installing dependencies via Composer.
  • Caching.
  • Running tests.

Changes:

  • Runs composer test and composer dup-check as separate steps.
  • Replaced Codecov upload with a step that prints coverage summary in the logs.
