AMPCOR Offsets Blending - Preliminary Implementation

Installation:

1. Setup minimal conda installation using Miniconda

2. Create Python Virtual Environment

   • Creating an environment with commands (Link);
   • Creating an environment from an environment.yml file (Link);

3. Install Python Dependencies

   conda install -y scipy numpy matplotlib gdal h5py pyyaml

PYTHON DEPENDENCIES:

• numpy: The fundamental package for scientific computing with Python.
• pandas: Python Data Analysis Library.
• gdal: Python GDAL binding.
• h5py: Pythonic interface to the HDF5 binary data format.
