[v1.1] P99 + standard deviation in performance stats

Extend JobPerformanceStats and the stats table with a 99th-percentile and standard deviation column. High std dev signals inconsistent jobs worth investigating. Current columns: avg, p50, p95, min, max — add p99 and std dev.
