Correct the 'AfterMethod' in the 'ContibuteTabTest'

Description

• Need to correct the processing closing the ask dialog and the Preferences forms when test fails by two known issues
• Related selenium test: ContibuteTabTest
• Related known issues: Unexpected displaying the ask dialog when close the 'Preferences' form #10019, Wrong behavior the 'Save' button in the 'Preferences'  #9959

Unfortunately the previous correction was not enough, it does not cover one fail test case. So I need to add to the AfterMethod yet one condition checking close form.
