LS hover in editor overlaps dialog windows

Description

LS hover in editor overlaps dialog windows. Need to hide LS hover when showing a dialog window.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open a java file.
2. Move mouse cursor to the class name, LS hover should appear.
3. Press Ctrl + l to call Go to line window.
