Add additional properties to DataFlow

Currently, the DataFlow class is missing some properties which are contained in the messages, like e.g. datasetId or counterPartyId. Depending on the backend/service implementation, these may be required for data address generation or performing additional checks and validations.

Therefore, they should all be added to the DataFlow class and handed over in the Dataplane when processing a message.
