[IDE] Fix "Reset All" Button Hanging

Description

The Reset All functionality in both the shell-ide and the dashboard is currently not completing as expected. When triggered, a dialog displaying Resetting... appears but never closes, leaving the user in a blocked state.

This creates the impression that the operation is still ongoing or stuck, even if the reset process may have already completed in the background.

Acceptance Criteria

• Reset All completes and the dialog closes in both shell-ide and dashboard.
• Dialog is closed in both success and failure scenarios.
• No UI blocking remains after operation.
