[BUG]: Integrating services are not able to provide spring configuration class

What happened?

Using streambase as a dependency in a service component, I am not able to define Spring's @configuration in service component and define the service specific component scan packages.

This issue is occurring due to the way Launcher class's main() method is written, which is using AnnotationConfigApplicationContext to load spring bean, instead of SpringApplication. This will be fixed in a future release.

As a workaround, for harman services, com.harman.ignite package will be added to the package scan in Launcher class.
