I20211220-1820: Bug 573834 - Add support for SelectionEngine to detect lambda expression

The fix will try to expand the pre check for lambda expression selection
and add support in the selection parser to consume the lambda expression
as assist node when the full lambda expression is selected. Based on
this the synthetic lambda method binding is derived and converted into a
JavaElement
