I20220308-1800: Bug 578892 - NoSuchFileException in AddJarFileToIndex

This change replaces the error logged in AddJarFileToIndex.execute()
with an info, if a NoSuchFileException occurred. The exception handling
is otherwise unchanged, the jar for which the exception occurred is
removed from the index.
