Using the JDT UI clean-up, this removes the redundant type information.

Also activating
org.eclipse.jdt.core.compiler.problem.redundantSpecificationOfTypeArguments=warning
The rest of the changes in the prefs file were done by the tooling, not
by
selecting anther value.
