- modify UnresolvedElementsSubProcessor to check in
  doEqualNumberOfParameters() method if we are not passing an
  array as last parm but method we are thinking of changing has varargs
  in which case, choose to add a new parameter and leave the
  varargs in place
- add new tests to UnresolvedMethodsQuickFixTest
