- modify VarCleanUp to not replace lambda variable types with var
  keyword if creating a lambda for a method in a type that uses
  wildcards as the variable type might not be inferred
- add new tests to CleanUpTest11 and modify existing test so
  that variable type is exercised and not just compared to null
- improve the formatting in VarCleanUp
