- add org.junit.jupiter.api to classpath in
  JUnitLaunchConfigurationDelegate.getVMRunnerConfiguration
- copy same classpath entries to o.e.jdt.ui.unittest.junit
  plug-in version of JUnitLaunchConfigurationDelegate
