- reuse Boolean systemproperty cleanup to include Integer and Long
- rename cleanup checkbox to Boxed type
- add test cases to CleanUpTest including default values for boolean, long, integer
- fix ASTNodes.replaceAndRemoveNLS() method to use actual visited
  node contents from buffer rather than it's toString() method and
  modify replacement call string to add missing white-space
