- add var check in InferTypeArgumentsRefactoring.rewriteTypeVariable()
- make Java50FixCore.getRawReference() method public
- modify LocalCorrectionsSubProcessor.referencesVar() method to
  handle more cases
- add new test to LocalCorrectionsQuickFixText10
