* Fix Unnecessary Array clean-up to not remove NLS markers

- fix UnwrapNewArrayOperation.rewriteAST to handle more situations
  with regards to non-NLS markers and line comments
- add new test to CleanUpTest1d5 and modify some existing tests
- fixes #2593
