* More refactoring of LocalCorrectionsSubProcessor methods

- move methods to LocalCorrectionsBaseSubProcessor
- move one method from QuickAssistProcessor that
  LocalCorrectionsSubProcessor calls and have QuickAssistProcessor
  use it instead
- add new constructors where needed
