These exceptions are recorded by IUBundleContainer.synchronizerChanged
but TargetDefinition.resolve(IProgressMonitor) only notices exceptions
that are thrown and does not consider the status that recorded in the
IContainerLocation.

Logging is not needed because the exception was already logged when it
was recorded.
