Replace old Browser1.test() with newer equivalent.
Browser1.test1()
  ->test_LocationListener_changingAndOnlyThenChanged (existing)
  ->test_LocationListener_then_ProgressListener  (new)
Browser1.test2()
  -> test_LocationListener_ProgressListener_cancledLoad (new)
