Improved UI as discussed in bug report and visible below: 

 [d] Show workspace name
     Workspace name [_____________________] 
 [ ] Show perspective name
 [ ] Show full workspace path
     Workspace path [---------------------]
 [d] Show product name
 
Where, [d] means checked by default

If everything is enabled, the window title will be constructed from the
parts in the order below:
<workspace name> - <perspective name> - <active editor> - <full
workspace path> - <product name>.
