The method getPersistBounds() is removed from class
org.eclipse.jface.dialogs.PopupDialog. Clients are encouraged to use the
method getPersistLocation() or getPersistSize() instead. Also remove the
deprecated constructor. Clients should use the not deprecated
constructor.
