Currently the workspace path chooser has very poor responsiveness:

- if the dialog is small, some parts are cut of
- if the dialog is large, the available space is not filled
- some space is even wasted by a rather useless label

This change do the following:
- remove the label
- let the combobox grow and shrink (to a certain degree)
- let the button shrink if less space is available
