The effective preference used by Eclipse is now under org.eclipse.ui.ide
.The deprecated constant
(IWorkbenchPreferenceConstants.PROJECT_OPEN_NEW_PERSPECTIVE)
from org.eclipse.ui no longer affects the current project-opening
behaviour and hence its removed from the codebase.
