The project org.eclipse.compare.tests and org.eclipse.team.tests.core
contain two classes from the ResourceTest inheritance hierarchy that
became obsolete due to recent JUnit 4 migration and are thus removed:
* WorkspaceTest
* TeamTest
In addition, this change fixes warnings remaining warnings in these
projects by applying a try-with-resources block and by adding a
deprecation marker to a test class that tests a deprecated class.
