pkg_files -> sphinx_module #382
Description
Currently we are using pkg_files for packaging docs-source files (.rst etc)
However pkg_files has a huge API on it provider.
Other Providers like the one generated by sphinx_module have a much much smaller API.
Task: investigate whether we can switch from pkg_files to sphinx_module. It could be a 1:1 drop-in replacement.
