Why we need core subfolder?

In order to distingusih librry code, that is reusable and do not depend (should not) depen on pytest or any specific fixtures/hooks, from plugins extending pytest. |
The itf/plugins directory should be used to implement optionally loaded pytest-compatible plugins. The core plugin forms the "scaffolding" of how tests interact with ITF. It will contain certain fixtures to be implemented by the plugins, as well as, will provide hooks to customize the generic functionality.
