Didn't get your point. This is the current definition of the Platform Quality Management Plan. We can consider this but I would propose to do it in another PR and not mix it up with the report.

The point is, Verification process is responsible for the verification report, not tool management, or process quality, so in my opinion you should add Verification, not sure at all for Tool Management?

Change it to a direct link to the page. It was open because I can't use the reference and also the reference had no status.
