Before the v1 release, every process artefact (requirements, architecture,
detailed design) must be formally inspected and have its :status: moved to
valid(inspected). One ticket per SW component keeps the scope focused and
reviewers assigned to one area. Also covers the feature-level architecture in the
score/ repo.
