With #117 this repo got a pre-commit configuration, but it was not enforced, because there were many violations and to keep the scope of the pull request somewhat smaller. Now is the same for fixes.
Most changes are copyright headers.
cr_checkeris not yet perfect and I usedreuse annotatefor the files, whichcr_checkerdoes not recognize.
