Issue with Reloading a Project After Download & Upload #1111
-
|
Dear SysON Team, I am currently writing my master's thesis and using SysON as a key tool for my research. I have encountered an issue when working with SysON. After completing my modeling work, I download the project and then upload it again to test the process. However, after re-uploading, I am always redirected to the initial start page instead of my project. My project remains stored in the list of uploaded projects on the site, and I can continue working on it from there. However, I am unsure why I cannot directly see my project immediately after re-uploading. Could you please clarify why this happens and if there is a way to directly access the project after uploading it again? I am attaching images to illustrate the issue. Thank you in advance for your support! |

Hello, You are right, you should be redirected to the project after it has been upload. Do you have a backend stack trace to share? Regards, |

Hello, Thank you for your response. I am not a software engineer, so I hope I have shared the correct information. To provide more clarity, I have attached the test file I created for troubleshooting. Please let me know if you need any additional details. I appreciate your support. Best regards, { |

Hello, What I wanted is the log of the console of the backend. Thank you. |

Dear Syson Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am currently encountering a display issue while working on a new project using textual notation in the Syson program. Although the diagram I created is visible in the Explorer section on the left side of the screen, nothing appears in the General View area of the main screen. To better illustrate the issue, I have attached a screenshot showing the problem, as well as a .zip file containing the relevant project files. I would appreciate it if you could take a look and let me know what might be causing this behavior or how I can resolve it. Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards, |

Hello, The diagrams (on the main central area) are not synchronized with the semantic data visible in the Explorer view (on the left side). Regards, |

Thank you very much for your reply and for taking the time to test my project.
It’s good to hear that the upload worked on your side. Unfortunately, the same project does not function properly in my current setup. Do you think reinstalling Docker might solve the issue, or would you recommend an alternative solution?
Additionally, I’ve tried using the textual notation feature, but in my local installation, it doesn’t seem to affect anything or reflect any changes.
Apologies for my delayed response—things have been quite busy on my end. Thank you again for your support.
