Add support for excluding libraries in the search view

This PR in Sirius Web adds a new toggle in the search view to exclude libraries.
We need to explicitly support it in SysON because standard libraries aren't Sirius Web libraries.
This can be done once Sirius Web 2026.1.3 is available in SysON.
