[DevTools] Scope variables not displayed in Chrome DevTools when debugging Electron app

When debugging an Electron application using the built-in Chrome DevTools (opened via F12), I encounter an issue where variable values are not displayed in the Scope (Variables) panel upon hitting a breakpoint.Downgrading the version to 1.71.1 can solve the problem.

Environment

• theia-ide: master 1.73.1
• Electron Version: 39.8.7
• Node.js Version: v22.22.2
• OS: Windows
