Hard linking to samples is fragile, as when new releases occur the links are now outdated. Linking to the readme.md also makes it harder to find the required sample due to the list becoming very long.
This PR reformates the list into an easily digestable table, which means we can link directly to the main page, which will be the master list of the most recent samples, and enable customers to then find the sample they are interested in.
