windowbuilder glitch associated with display scaling in Windows 11

Hello,

When I scale up to 175% the Windows 11 display, the windowbuilder in Eclipse gets glitched, see the screenshots attached, also the icons get too oversized, while the rest of eclipse remains good

I am using a 4k 27 inch monitor at resolution of 2560 x 1440p with 175% scale

Apparently, I am also unable to zoom out in B, which means that I can't see the whole application window while building it

A: 100% and normal behavior
B: 175% messed up

The windowbuilder icons also get too oversized, it could be slightly smaller when scale

WB does not handle at all scaling on Windows. Maybe we should migrate to the latest version of GEF ?
I'll work on this after my holidays :)

I had to scale to help my eyes, it is so small in 2k resolution that we barely can see anything

AFACS GEF classes were copied to WB so this might be a time consuming task to change to the new GEF. But in general this would be desired, as GEF Classic is active again and we can fix issues in GEF directly eclipse-gef/gef-classic#40 is for the next release.

#186 is about moving to the latest GEF release instead of using the copied classes.
