[GEF] Remove redundant edit-policy methods in EditPart#1427

Our EditPart provides a convenience method which automatically registers an edit-policy using its class as key. This method has been removed and now the key has to be explicitly specified. Additionally, the public method for accessing all registered edit-policies has been removed. Edit-policies should exclusively be accessed by their key.
