[GTK] Use correct handle for Shell#1444

The `shellHandle` field may return the value for the top-level shell (normally the Eclipse IDE). But what we are interest in is the handle of the given shell. This may fix the sporadic `NoClassDefFoundError`s in the TabFolderTest.
