This method may be used instead of `add(comp, constraints)` and must therefore be evaluated. Otherwise the constraints are not set at design time. Closes eclipse-windowbuilder#1539

Test failures are caused by the removal of com.ibm.icu. Mergin, as the 2024-06 builds are good. |
