Reliable transport

Is there a way to achieve a reliable peer-to-peer channel over zenoh, e.g. for a stream of events? I mean reliable as in:

• items arrive in order
• receiver acknowledges and sender resends if something got lost/corrupted
• items arrive in a timely manner (i.e. there is an upper bound, i.e. a configurable timeout)
• Sender and Receiver sides can detect when reliability can't be upheld (e.g. due to network quality)

If this is not generally possible, would it become possible assuming a direct connection between two nodes and the usage of QUIC transport?
